Cedar Key Marina

The Dock is on the left...it follows a half-circle around the marina. Beyond the dock is the Gulf of Mexico.

Ah, always a beautiful, sunny day!! I can get warm just looking at your photos, Lowell!! And it is chilly and damp here in Oregon today!! Don't misunderstand me, though, I do love Oregon and the northwest and can't imagine living anywhere else -- not any more!!

From all those empty truck trailers, the Marina must be busy!

Those boat look to be all wet. ;-) Thank you for your funny comment on my blog today.

This marina looks pretty empty. The marinas around here are always loaded with boats of all sizes and lots of sailboats. That's probably because our season is so short so we try to do lots of boating in a limited period of time for good weather.

It is lovely!

Love Cedar Key -- just haven't been up that way in many years. Looks good.

If the boats and trailers are any indication there are some pretty nice boats out on the water.

Lovely clouds and blue sky the day you took thee photos. I guess most boat owners were out on the Gulf of Mexico, right?

I'll bet there is a lot of boat activity in your neck of the woods.

No, the palace isn't made of chocolate. If you want to eat MDF, fine, but I wouldn't recommend it!

I'd like a boat ride. Please.

I have to look Cedar Key up on the map - I didn't realize it was in the gulf.

Ohhhhh! Wishing we could be in two places at once! Keep those waters warm for us until next month when we'll be closer to that beautiful Gulf!

On such a lovely sunny day, many people would be sailing on their boat in the gulf of Mexico.

It looks like it was a perfect day to be out on the water!

Judging by the number of trailers...that must be a popular marina.
