Bench and Scene from the Ocala Golf Club...

...the Ocala Golf Club is a municipal course. It has undergone some expensive renovations in recent years yet its rate remain reasonable.

Many of the benches found on the golf course were donated by former members, now deceased, who loved and supported this course down through the years.

That's nice. And I know where I'll see this one again... Or maybe not!

I am not a golfer but I could see myself happily sitting on that bench enjoying myself watching the golfers. Lovely scene.

So, exactly how did those deceased members manage to make the donations?

Expensive renovations? I guess ordinary non-golf-playing taxpayers can sit here and reflect on where their money went?

Looks like a really nice place to sit. At least they turned the bench the right way so people can enjoy the view!

Do they have gators in the ponds? That might inspire some out of shape golfers to improve their running time.
