Well, that is different for city hall, but what do I know???? Hope your week is going well, Lowell!! Enjoy!!

I hope this isn't a warning about what citizens have to do in order to get attention inside City Hall!

'Citizen's Circle' sounds nice. Is that a gathering space outside, I wonder. The sculpture is impressive and well 'balanced'.

Hmmm... I think I like your horses better.

It's a cute sculpture but I'm not sure it really fits in with a city hall building. I do see a hole where their hearts should be so maybe it's a depiction of politicians doing their balancing act to keep themselves elected.

Nice sculpture of acrobatic figures! Wish you, Lowell and Lois, a happy and healthy year, supporting each other’s jumping and balancing.

Interesting to see the wreath in the background with the modern statue.

I like it. Not so much the colors, but the shape, yes!

Looks like you may have a circus running your city hall. Just saying! :)

Nice sculpture. I wonder what the inspiration was, to place it there.
