White Horse

This beautiful creature lives on a mini-horse farm about a mile from our house. The animal had been badly abused and was nothing but skin and bones upon his arrival in our area. The new owners, however, have done wonders; it's looking healthy and comes running every time we stop to say hello.

a horrible thing to abuse animals! Luckily this horse is better, a big congratulations to the new owner for it!

Quite friendly, considering the past for this animal.

How nice that it has recovered so nicely...and still seems to like people despite its abuse. It's a pretty horse.

Oh wow, that brings a tear to my eye. I'm so glad the new owners have taken this horse in and are nursing it back to health.

About your comment on my site today, I live in an apartment complex that is part of the Biltmore Estates. My apartment is probably the size of a bedroom in one of those mansions next door, but since I'm on the grounds I walk there all the time. When I first moved to AZ some 40 years ago, I used to drive through the estates to see the big houses. Now almost all of those original houses have been torn down and rebuilt as even larger and more elaborate homes. It's crazy.

I'm always astounded by animals' capability to overcome abuse. Beautiful animal, and hate to think it had been mistreated.

Thank heavens he was saved Lowell, I just don't understand how anyone can be cruel to animals.

Beautiful horse! I cannot stand animal abuse or abuse of any kind!
