House 4 Sale

This beautiful home has been for sale for some time.  It's just down the road from us in the mini-horse farm area.  I love that porch and it has a large screen-enclosed swimming pool.

Notice the "For Sale" sign.  This gentleman has a number of these "You buy this house, I'll buy yours" signs up in the area.  Sounds good, but there's a bug in that soup:  At the very bottom, in small print, it says something to the effect that he and the buyer must come to agreement on sale and purchase prices.

I didn't see anything about time limits, either.  So, the big question is:  Will he buy your home before you close on this one so you can use those funds for the purchase?  I guess I could call and find out but I've got other, more pressing matters to attend to.  I have to take a nap.

A nap on a Thanksgiving Day is a perfect activity, especially after too much turkey and trimmings. Interesting sign, and fine looking house. They must be asking too much for it to not have sold sooner.

Nice property, but I think I'd have to go with a different real estate agent. I have yet to have encountered a Scott in this world who wasn't a complete horse's ass.

Lowell, Lowell, (think the David Seville chipmunk song), IT'S TIME TO GET UP! Hope you and your family are having a wonderful Thanksgiving.

It is a lovely home, Lowell, and for some reason it reminds me of The Waltons, a TV program that I love so much. :)

The small print takes the fun out of everything. ¯\(°_o)/¯

Goodness it's so beautifully presented Lowell, you would think it would fly off the market, there must be 'something' wonder what it is?

Post turkey day nap! That is a beautiful place. Maybe we could be your neighbor!!! I think you will love my photo day. (There is a seat for you at the counter).

At first glance I thought it said "Buy this home and I'll BE yours" and I thought what the heck kind of deal is that? Either way, it's a deal I don't think I'd take.

Beautiful house but too big for the two of us. You do have to read that fine print though.

Interesting ploy for a lovely house.

I like the Lowel house. But it's a bit far to go see it 😉

Such large houses in your country. Love it. Too far away for me :-)

Nice property but that promise to buy your house sounds a bit fishy to me.

Nice looking house. I have always liked a yellow house. Lovely porch too.
Wonder why it doesn't sell.
The green color in the lake on my blog is to to the fact it is glacial runoff---I think
Happy nap time

You can be sure that whatever deal you come to with any agent his interests are always going to come first.

Nice place, and a real eager sales person that comes with a guarantee like that.
