Geese - Noisy Rascals

For several days my internet connection has gone crazy and there was nothing I could do about it.

At the moment I am still unable to access my new blog at LowellsPhotos.com.

Therefore, I'm going to ignore my new blog and will continue posting on this blog.

I'm posting a photo of two geese today because they remind me of my internet provider, CenturyLink:  a lot of running in circles making loud honking noises, but getting nowhere!

Thanks for your comments and your concerns.  I'm hoping the issues have been taken care of and there will be no further problems.

Yes I wondered what had happened to you, sorry your new and fine blog gives you troubles.
Nice swans! I like the orange ring around their eyes.

Sorry to hear you have been having troubles with your connection. That is always frustrating. Geese are funny critters, but must be watched closely. They can be quite demanding.

We certainly don't see these ones up here!

Ah, Wendell! I am so glad to see this post! I have tried multiple ways to access your new blog to no avail, but now I understand! I loved your message on my baby swing post; it is good to be missed. DH and I just returned from a magnificent cruise to Alaska on a small, luxurious ship. It cost a King's Ransom but it was worth it despite the fact that our age has crept up on us and we had some physical difficulties. This is such a public place for this message, but I have lost your new email, also. Good to see your post and the beautiful bird; your photos certainly are not for the birds!!

Technology is great until it breaks. And, I actually work in technology and I still can't figure out what is going on when crazy things happen. And, getting those technology geniuses to figure it out is more than a challenge. About 9 months ago, my "photo stream" quit updating on my iPhone. I've been to the Apple store, the Verizon store and on the phone to Apple and no one can figure it out. If I take a photo with my iPhone, it automatically updates my photo steam but if I add a photo to the photo stream from my computer, it updates my photo stream on my iPad but it does not update my iPhone. About two months ago I got a new iPhone and I hoped that would fix the problem but no. Still not working. Logically, I'm thinking it has to be some setting in the phone but, no one seems to know what that might be and I certainly can't find anything that makes sense. And, even if I did suddenly find it, how did it get screwed up in the first place?
Good luck with your technical issues! I hope you have better luck than me.

Sorry to hear you're having so much trouble with your internet! When I tried to log on to the new site, it looked like it was a domain problem.
Anyway, it doesn't matter where you post, as long as we can hear from you!
And thank you for the kind comments you left on my blog recently. I'm glad you've been enjoying my look at SE Asia. Cambodia is next and it's a beautiful country, even if some of their history is quite dark.

Hohoho I love the comparison between the geese and your internet provider! Sorry to hear it's all gone pearshaped (British expression!) and I hope you can get back to normal soon.

Yay you're back! Computer problems are such a pain! The two geese with their colourful beaks are the perfect choice to demonstrate your frustration 😀

Beautiful photos of these noisy geese, dear friend. And I am so sorry you have been having these technical issues, Lowell. I am just happy to see you post and to know that you are O.K. :)

So here we are back to the regular station after a little commercial break courtesy of the local Honkers internet provider of central Florida. That's their top quality service for you, the golden standard. Over here we have Eircom which to us is called Eircon. Those boys do a wonderful crappy job to make every customer miserable. PITA!

I'm glad that you made a special appearance today to help alleviate the anxiety of your fans due to your mysterious disappearance.
A wonderful photo of those noisy rascals. Noise gets you noticed now I'll be quiet. :)

Have a wonderful day Lowell.

Dear Lowell - The front goose looks honking but the other looks apologizing for the noise by bending down his head.

I have a few candidates for whom /what those geese remind me of. That's part of what always takes a while when we get back home -- on either side of the country. But I have to say, things do seem to take a little longer in Florida . (Island time?)
