This is a big one! I've never seen such a modern looking Presbyterian church. I think even the newer ones around here are built in an ornate old-timey style. Must be the Florida influence!
What a cool and modern looking church. It says sun and beach to me. Your area is pretty gorgeous too ya know. Out here where it rains a lot it stays pretty green and so we have lots of lush flowers. MB
@ Lee - It was quiet...I think one car was parked in the driveway by the entrance. These palm trees look dead to me. They should be bright green palms.
It has interesting colour of the walls and of the roof:) And it is another church which is very similar to a house - it is interesting for me because unique in Poland.

The unpretentious building.
oh this is perfect! the light and the composition!
lovely!!
Two words, Jacob:
Top-quality!
Curiously in the same tone with the ground and the palm trees.
Looks very Floridian, and I love the warm color. It looks very welcoming.
The colour of the church really pops against that pure blue sky. I'm amazed at how many churches Ocala has!
This one also looks a bit like a converted house to me. I like the Celtic crosses (well, I call them Celtic anyway, maybe it's just me!)
Beautiful Churche!
Looks a "real house"!
House full of LOVE!

This pic has a PoP! to it! it's very clear & that sky... Magnificent
This is such a clean colourful photo! Well done!
Sigh. Everything looks prettier in the Florida sunshine...
Love the blue of the sky contrasted with the orange of the building.
It does look very Floridian to me too! I love the colours.
wonderful shot! cool shadows...
seems quiet... the palm trees appear brown. Is it an illusion or is it the real color.

Lovely colors in this photo and a perfect composition!
Magnificent color in this one Jacob! I think you are right about the palm trees though.

Such a beautiful, peaceful sight you captured here! The colors are mesmerizing.
I enjoyed the drive from Orlando through the Ocala area, passing by the State Park, up north on I-75. It really is a beautiful part of Florida.
I was so overtaken by memories of our drive through northern Florida, I forgot to congratulate you on David's POTD award. Congratulations! :-)
Thank you, Merisi! I hadn't realized this photo won that award. You just made my day (and weekend)!
Have a great weekend, too!
@ Merisi, again...like they said, if I'd known you were coming, I'd a baked a cake...
Next time, give me a heads up...Lois Anne and I could meet you for coffee, at least!
Props to Lois Anne .. congrats on another POTD mention at David's!
Lovely photo! Congrats on the Post of the Day Award from authorblog!
