As for the swimming pool below, I find that digital goes too blue in daylight. I adjust the color balance to warmer in almost all my daylight photos - no big deal, it takes 30 seconds.
As for the film v. digital - soon it'll be a moot point, as there'll be no film available. As one who spent many years in the darkroom, I say, hooray and hallelujah.
Very impressive. I guess if I had to go to a hospital I would go there. Of course I am not there. We have a Monroe Valley Hospital out here---a nice place but many years ago it used to be call Death Vally hosp. But now it is pretty good for a small town. MB
The entrance is wide and welcoming. I;m sure it's reassuring to live in an area with a good hospital. You never know when you might need to spend time there.
@ Wolynski - You may be right about film, but I'm not sure. I know a number of master photographers who still shoot all their landscapes and art photography on film.
In fact, the latest issue of one of the photography magazines features several beautiful landscapes, all on Fuji Velvia 50...albeit 4 X 5.
But film will never come back again as a commercially viable product for the masses. Digital is just too easy.
It looks modern and "inviting". I'm not sure that's the right word for a place we try to avoid though. I have to lol @ VP! Are sports so deadly in Ocala? ;-)

A nice inviting entrance must make the visits just a bit less painful.
I hate going to these places but it sure helps when they are nice like this one.

My eight day stay was as pleasant as a hospital stay can be! Everyone treated me as if I were a relative or a long term friend. I am glad it is here.

Some photos look better from an angle, but I like this one straight on. And I absolutely love the bricks.

A nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to stay there! And only nice to visit if you are going to see the new grandbaby or something on that order.
@ VP - Yes, lots of blood. I think we had a shoot-out that morning and they hadn't cleaned things up yet. It was between the Seminoles and the Gators.

That is a beautiful entrance! I still don't like hospitals though.
Very pretty! And glad that you left out all of the nurses who are standing around smoking at least 40 feet away from the building.
