Oh, that looks idyllic! That is, if you didn't have to haul two kids in a bike trailer behind you, which I would.

Now there's something I love to do, and that looks like a great path to ride.

What a great photo, Jacob! I like the perspective...and how you lead our eyes towards the background.

Okay, is that you on the bike? I like bike paths so you dont have to ride in the street.

Jacob said...

@ Lee - Nope! But I do love to ride the Cross Florida Greenway - a six-mile loop through a variety of vegetation with enough hills to give you a workout!

I can just imagine that he's humming happily to himself as he pedals through the beautiful scenery.

This image has a nice, relaxing feel about it. The cyclist seems to be moving at an easy pace, not breaking a sweat...

I would like to be on this bike. And I am a bit unsure if I like the Photoshop effects.

I see this as the cover of something: a book, a cd...
Nice effect!

Nice tweaking! Looks like an old postcard. Very pretty.

A photographer shot it or a painter painted it? In either way the whole scene has been beautifully framed! Awesome photography and treatment!!

@ All - Thank you. Saretta, this was taken a couple of weeks ago...we are currently experiencing cold, rainy and un-Florida-like weather! Ugh.

Kcalpesh - A photographer shot it (me) and a photographer painted it (me) using a Photoshop action.

Looks a lot warmer than I thought Florida is right now.

Jacob - Your fans don't realize that as a retiree living in a retirement community, you would be riding a three wheeled bike with a huge white seat and a big wire basket on the back between the big huge tires! Just sayin'

Jacob said...

@ Allison - Actually, you're right. And on the side gas tank it says "Harley Davidson"!
