Fort Doggone

A rather luxurious doghouse for a rather large dog...found at On Top of the World, Ocala.

Gives a whole new meaning to the phrase 'in the doghouse'.

Top of the World is going to the dogs.

Make it a little larger and I know some people who would move in. It's warm most of the time in Florida, or at least warmer than winters elsewhere, but I still wonder why people make BIG doors on dog houses---too cold for those who are in cold climates, and in general dogs like to squeeze through a space to their 'den.'

Great. What a dog's mansion.

I can imagen a "BERNER SENNEN" dog living there. It is so nice and has a nice color and nice details.

Oh that is funny. Did you ever see the dog it belonged to? MB

My word verification is no cur--Maybe there is no dog at all. MB

This is probably one of the rare cases when I could summon a hungry gator...

They are so creative, I think if it was the case of a kitty house, it could be adorned with vases of "catnip"and strings, or some kind of scratching! For sure I could put some roses there as well! :)

*** By the way, about that Monastery ( my post ), you are right I mean about the incense! There ...I had good feeling in my heart, I think that place is full of good energies, it was so peaceful and quite. :)

I'd be very cautious when approaching that dog house. I'm thinking the guard dogs in Hans Christian Andersen would hang out in such a palatial abode.

Is this really meant to be a dog house? For sure it's a conversation piece.

My dogs are "green" with envy.

Wow that is impressive! I'll bet it's expensive too.

Some dogs are lucky to live in the lap of luxury!

And I bet someone actually buys it ...

Really cute, but I'll bet the dog would rather occupy the couch.

I love it! That is the cutest thing ever. I'd like to get one.

Is almost a studio.... However, the colors are fantastic!

Very funny, but why have one? Dogs belong at the foot of the bed.

Nice capture, and I think you should give this to your baby doll.
