We were just saying the other day how bizarre it is that so many workplaces allow their employees to take personal calls whenever and wherever they are..right in the middle of when they're helping someone often.
...or a customer? No doubt that is an ID badge near his pocket :). Gosh, I would love to walk in that store tomorrow and say to that guy, 'I saw your picture on the internet'...ha ha!
I'm voting "doesn't work there. Calling home to get a 'what do we need?' list." And hoping it's not an employee who's thinking "%!@#! just what I need for my personnel file!"

I'm trying to figure out his mood when he caught you photographing him. I hope he was friendly.
Maybe he was waiting for someone and got tired! :)

nous rappelons a nos employés, que les coups de fil personnel sont interdits...il te lance un yeux noir
Good question!
He doesn't look happy that you took his picture!
Looks like he had to take an important call.
He is thinking, "why is that guy taking my picture". He doesn't look too happy but it might be from the phone call and not the photographer.
Either way, he's taking it easy!
I believe he is waiting to be served and calls his girl friend to say, he comes a bit later...
Hmmm.... Everybody needs a break.... :-)

Caught not working?
Dunno but you're making me want to go to WalMart and that's a feat.

I think he's working on a break and it may be permanent. MB
Could be a little bored judging by the lack of customers!

A young kid? Of course he's on his break.
Nice company image.
In Australia we would say he is bludging. :)
Looks like he is going to charge you for taking pictures!
