Panorama - Looking Back at the Cedar Key Dock

Cedar Key is an island fishing village to the west of Ocala on the Gulf of Mexico.  For the most part it has withstood the ravages of time and modernization looks much like it did when we first visited the island in 1988.

This was cross-posted to Cedar Key (Florida) Photos.

I'm reeling. I didn't know about Tina until I'd read RedPat's comment above.

I also just learned about Tina and her husband. What a shock. I love this beautiful scene though. It's helping to calm my feelings regarding the passing of one of my favorite bloggers.

I'm seeing this on Friday morning. It is a peaceful scene and welcomed following what was a very sad day yesterday.

Seen from the wider view, I am so convinced of the Honeymoon Cottage's rebuilding.
