This fine vehicle appeared in a driveway near us just recently. But it only stayed about a day. Then it was gone. It appears to me to be a homemade dune buggy or some such.
Looks like a VW based dune buggy with a custom frame. Looks well constructed, and would be a blast to drive, especially through sand dunes. Great find.
We used to stay summers at an RV park on the Oregon Coast near some pretty good sand dunes. Where we've seen buggies similar to this one. Some of the dune buggies or the trailers that haul them have a bumper sticker that says "It's a sand thing. You wouldn't understand." Exactly.

Looks like a fun vehicle!
I would enjoy taking a spin in it!!
When I saw this pink beauty after looking at last post I thought this might be your vehicle Jacob!!
The pink colour tells me that it must be owned by a swinging female!
Hot pink too! My favourite colour for hot rod dune buggies!!!! (Yes I spell favourite and colour the Canadian {proper} way!) :-)
Wow -- that looks like fun! Sporty and pretty. : )
Kind of a bare-bones essential of a vehicle. Looks like a vehicle made for show more so than actual use. Still fun though.
