An Exercise in Frustration Reduction

It was a beautiful morning...warm and sunny, but not hot.  This beauty decided to romp around the pasture.  At first we thought he was just having fun, but then we realized he had a friend, a brown beauty in another pasture that he was unable to get to...so, this romp was a way of reducing massive frustration.  ðŸ¤

There's a lesson here, maybe.  The next time frustration overtakes us, let's just run around the block a few times.  Yes?

Dear Lowell - Sunny, warm but not hot and “humid” (low humidity is important to me) would make me feel like running for sure, but my way of reducing frustration is to have some comfort foods including cakes, ice-cream, and chocolate with coffee.

Sounds like a good idea. I know a lot of people (especially in the US) are probably feeling very frustrated right now.

PS: Here's a link to a picture of the ballroom in Schloss Bellevue set up for a state dinner.

he's beautiful! when my kids were younger and would get "frustrated" or fight with each other, we'd make them go outside and run it off, it works! hey, watch out for that cobra that escaped!

Exercise always helps reduce frustration, anxiety, and tension. Beside, horses do just love to run.

Let's do it as the horses.

All right, I shall. And as Sharon indicates, I'll join a few more protests as well.

My, what a gorgeous animal.
