Charging a Tesla
This charging station for Teslas and other electric cars has been in existence for about two years, I believe. I do not believe there are other charging stations for electric vehicles in Ocala, other than those at car dealerships which sell electric cars/trucks. At least I have not seen any.
These Teslas are stealth vehicles. It's like they ride on the whisper of the wind. Quiet and sleek they make almost no noise.

Great for the environment but very expensive to purchase. Use Google Maps to find the location of the charging stations. They are not as common as gas stations.
Uma bela imagem do futuro.
Um abraço.

I almost featured one today. Would you own one?

And they're even quieter on the inside -- amazing! Lots of EV charging stations around Sarasota, especially in the city limits near downtown.
...BIG $$$$$$!
I wonder if electric cars will be able to be charged at home eventually.
I see more and more Teslas all of the time! Big $$$ though!
I want one!! However, that is never going to happen so I might as well face it. They just added a whole row of these charging stations and Biltmore Fashion Park near me. And, they are covered spaces to boot.
To answer your question about voter registration, it seems like our state so-called leaders are always coming up with a way to discourage people from voting. I don't think this affected the recent voting. We don't have to present cards at poling places. Yesterday's election was not my district so I couldn't vote in that one anyway. I always vote by mail and I've never had any trouble getting my ballot and mailing it back.
As is already commented before me, they are very expensive!
We see more and more spots here though for charging electric cars.
Oh wow! I saw one today for the first time also Lowell, you might see it on the blog at some point 😀
I've never driven one.
Big bucks for that car or any electric car. There are some charger in other towns but not many. Once the price comes down, you will see more of these chargers but I wouldn't be holding my breath for prices to drop.
Other EVs are pretty quiet too.
We looked on line last night to find that there are five electric car charging stations in our whole state, one in Sioux Falls, one in Pierre, and three in the Black Hills. I would have to charge my electric car at home. But then a Tesla can go a long way on a single charge.
Quite a few electric stations out this way.

I read somewhere (probably on the Internet so it must be true) that electric car mfgs are going to add something so that they make a little bit of noise, so people know they're moving.
Futuristic car?
Too expensive yet.
Here the Minister of Transport made a proposal that everyone would move to an electric car if the car was over 10 years old. I have 14 years of Micra, and I will not give it up for many years.
Much has to happen before everyone moves to an electric car.
Nice clear photos!
