Yes, but will she rust?

While out shopping with Lois Anne, I discovered this metallic mermaid and had to take a photo. If we still had a pool, and if I really liked this thing, I might have bought it and put it out next to or in the pool. And the first question that raises, of course, is "Yes, but will she rust?"

Fortunately, I dislike the metallic mermaid and we no longer have a pool, so the question, while of modest interest, is moot.

That has to be the scariest looking mermaid I've ever seen.

I think I'd like it next to somebody else's pool.

Nice looking mermaid. I wonder who will buy it or will it spend it's existence in the store as a prop for photographers. :)

The mermaid looks fun.
Is there a way I can send you a photo?

Uhm. I think I'd go for a fleet of rubber duckies instead.

She is no replacement for the mermaid in Copenhagen! ;-)

Oh Lowell it's Florida, you could just put her in your front yard by the mailbox. Oh but then there was that thing about how you disliked her! Sigh. Good taste ruins so many opportunities.

Mermaids are destined to break your heart, so yes, she will rust especially if she is in a damp environment. We seldom see such sights here in the frozen Midwest.

Red Pat is right that she cannot compare with the littlest mermaid, but she has a style all her own. Love her and her hair!!
