Ye Olde Witch

This is Ye Olde Witch here at the Trilogy Resort.  She resides on the main road so gets a lot of attention which witches like on Halloween and even the days before Halloween.

Ye Olde Witch is supposed to be scary but she looks a lot like my olde aunt Gwendolyn who wasn't scary at all.  I didn't even tremble when I took her picture.

I thought it strange, though, that my bike burst into flames when I arrived home!

Quite an eyecatching character. She's obviously very fond of her pet tarantula. But her sidekick sitting in the chair looks like he could do with a square meal.

Every neighborhood needs a witch! Too bad about your bike though!

Loved the 2nd picture! And your caption as always was hilarious!

Re your query on my post, yes, they are selling fish just offloaded from the boats at Sassoon docks.

She really is the perfect witch! I like that fact that she has shunned the tradition black cloak and pointy hat.

Ha! You must not have asked permission before you took her picture.

She looks rather benign, at least by day!

Oh my gosh! I was wondering just yesterday how you were Lowell. Sooo happy to see you here today. I have missed your wonderful sense of humour 😀 Your witch doesn't frighten me either, but her friend sitting in the chair, now that's another matter 😱

Welcome back, Lowell !
It's nice to hear from you again.

They both appear friendly and inviting, but I am glad I'm far away on another part of the planet! Thanks for the smile, Lowell :)))

Auntie G. has awfully large hands----could have been holding a flame thrower.
I can't run either nor can I ride a bike anymore. My knee won't do a 90 angle--I can live with it. So I will kneel to no one cuz it hurts then. hahaha

Are you sure it isn't a resident that you caught on her way out to pick up the newspaper? One doesn't always look ones best first thing in the morning...
And the bike? That's what you get for staging such a dramatic comeback. Didn't your doctor tell you to take it a little easier?

A well dressed witch trying to fool you. Beware of her secret powers seeing that your bike bursted in to flames. Watch your back or you'll be the next one to burst in to flames. :)

Hilarious commentary. Hope your bike is recovered from its traumatic encounter.

Dear Lowell - Trilogy Resort seems to be a pleasant place with the residents who like to display something fun, eerie, or strange at the seasonal event. The Witch’s curse looks to be tremendous. You needed a permission before taking picture of her. Take care!

With all the best wishes to you and your family,

Yoko
