An "older" mansion

You will find many gorgeous mansions on SE 5th and SE 8th Street in Ocala's Historic District. This is an "older" mansion on SE 5th Street.

Hard to believe all the changes in Ocala. It certainly has grown.

It's a lovely house! How old are these?

I'm sorry...I don't know how old this house is...but yes, it is lovely. Some of the really old houses in this area have been torn down to be replaced by new mansions, others have been extensively remodeled.

From the looks of this place, I'd say that in it's current configuration it's not more than 50 years old.

Well, I have to say that I like the other older mansion better, the one converted to a new use. I guess it's the gingerbread. I have thoroughly enjoyed browsing your recent posts. Thanks for stopping by Portland Oregon Daily Photo.
