Trinity Baptist Church is located about 2 miles from our home, one of many Baptist churches in Ocala. It is a large congregation with an extensive program for its members. I've often thought the competition for new members must be fierce among the various church groups.

I like this more than Mount Calvary. Its lines are so natural and the brickwork so well placed. Really a fine building, very well photographed.

We have a lot of Baptist churches here too and I have often wondered about the competition for members. This building is lovely and the sky is gorgeous in this shot!
@ CQ - Churches in this area have more programs than pews! Programs for babies, kids, teens, young adults, older adults, really old adults, dogs, cats, gerbils. Well, I'm not sure about gerbils.
They've got to do this to get the members to pay for the buildings and the preachers.
And yes, I have discovered via the historical research of a brilliant Renaissance historian all about digital cameras of long ago. I hope this historian writes a book about it; or at least a short story.

Competition between churches would be a strange thing in the UK. This is a really impressive new building.
