It's a jungle in there!

Some of the properties in the "historic" district near downtown Ocala have not been restored. This is one of them.

Hey very much like the Jungle I shot at Borivali National Park here in Mumbai.

I kind of like the old. A real jungle indeed.

RE the fish off the pier - the sign said not to eat the fish that feed off the bottom. The shipping lanes pass right by the bay and the polutants must get trapped in there.

You're right, that is a jungle! I wouldn't want to tackle that mess. The flowers are pretty though!

I see snakes! Yikes. The photo is very interesting though. And sad.

It does look like it needs a little taming but somehow, I also think it's pretty in its own way!

Not been restored? I love how you phrase it. This dear place needs serious rehab. And an assault with a machete.

I really love this picture - even though it's run down you've managed to make it look beautiful.

Thanks to all of you for your comments! We've had several straight days of rain and a tropical storm on the way...it is amazing but our yard is beginning to look like this "jungle." If we had a lot of rain here, everything would be overgrown in about a week!
