The unused mower

We spied this unused mower amidst the growing grass not too far from where we live...perhaps it died along with way...

Wonder why they didn't try and fix it? Amazing what you can see.

It should run like a "deere". Maybe it is time for the guy to get out the old "push" mower.

Maybe it just said "oh phooey" and had a little gas and said "I quit"!!! MB

...or else it died of neglect. Looks like the grass is short--perhaps it is self-maintaining!

Perhaps, like sleeping beauty, it is taking a rest for a hundred years until its prince comes along.

Wasn't a reliable mower anyway - it's wasn't a JOHN DEERE! Uff da!

Naw, it's just resting. Maybe the owners have gone looking for a couple of sheep to start mowing (rather munching) in a more eco-friendly fashion?

The mower looks too new to be a complete write off. I think the owner just doesn't feel like mowing. ;-)

I guess they are going 'green.'

It looks to be in pretty good condition for sitting outside!

There's a jungle growing up around it!

If they wait too long they won't be able to find it in the tall grass and weeds.

Beware of a camouflaged mover.

Jacob, that's brilliant composition. I'm sure someone will guide it out!

Looks like the grass will soon cover the mower up!
God bless you!

From the looks of the yard, I think they need to either fix it or get a new one!

So now it takes it's long slow march to the lawnmower graveyard.

I like the feeling of desolation that this forgotten mower evokes.

Waiting for the grass to GROW more, I think the mower likes some challanges ;-)
