I like Lowe's a little better than Home Depot. I don't really know why - maybe because it's more convenient to my home. It's always a treat to walk through the garden center. I hope spring gets here soon!!!
«Louis» spotted your dentist in there buying a masonry bit that was about three inches in diameter and about a foot-and-a-half long. He was saying something about your needing a root canal...
This looks so familiar. Would you believe there's a Lowe's in East Gwillimbury? Yep, in the part of EG that's a natural extension of the big town of Newmarket. Lowe's looks just the same...except we don't have lawn tractors out front yet. :)
There's something not right about the homogenized flower market... whether in Bellingham or Ocala, you can go to Lowe's and see the exact same flowers for sale, despite the drastically different climates! I guess they know if we plant the wrong ones and they don't make it, we'll have to come back and buy more!
Beautiful photos of spring plants! I'll be able to take photos like that in late May! BTW, do you really drink "moonshine?" I read that on one of your blog comments . . . .
Well a woman came into the Taxaide today wearing a blouse with a pattern of flowers on it (underneath the sweater, jacket, and coat that she was also wearing.) Thanks for the peek into the future! Three Rivers Daily Photo

How did we ever survive before them?
This is not very kind of you, Jacob. The redness I'm manifesting...it may be wind burn...but it may be from you rubbing it in.
They haven't unpacked the flower crates here yet. Still to cold. Shouldn't be long now though.

so picturesque!
I love Lowe's that is what ours will look like aboit this time next month.
I was looking at that first shot and thinking, a lawnmower is something you don't even need to own now isn't it?

il est immense, j'aime bien le parking a tondeuse ;)
How lucky you are to have a house and a garden!
After such a harsh winter you'll be relieved...
I am ready for spring but I dont think mother nature is ready yet.

They all look the same don't they.
Flowers are here too. MB
The only Lowe I know of is the ad agency.
Love the bright colors of everything here! So, how many flowering plants did you and Lois Anne get? :)
Pasear por esta tu casa, realmente es un placer y admirar tu trabajo, un saludo.

Another one of my favorite stores!
I went to Lowe's just the other day, um, to get salt to melt snow on my driveway!!
That's the kind of store my parents love and I run away from screaming in desperation! ;-)
Poplar Bluff is too small to have a Lowes, but we have a Home Depot - Does that count? heheheee
Love the flowers!
I still like small garden shops where you can actually get someone to help you that has a grain of sense about plants.

Loew's always reminds me of my mother, who loves to shop and even browse there.
Its Sephora for men and handy women
Our garden centre will only stock geraniums in April or maybe the end of March!
I like the strange architecture and colors of this building...nice photos Jacob!

We have one of those stores in my neck of the woods, but without the flowers - I am so envious!
Yours looks cleaner & more organized too.
This picture reminds me that I can't wait for gardening.
Good store! But arrival of spring already? Wow! We have a few more months of snow here.
