This last shot was taken by Lois Anne at the beach at Ormond Beach.  Ormond Beach is a city located several miles north of Daytona Beach on the Atlantic coast of Florida.

I'm assuming that's a pelican perched there.

I've spent a few enjoyable holidays at Ormond Beach, I loved my time there. I rented a small cottage opposite Publix. I wonder if it's still there? (the cottage, not Publix)

Some beautiful views, I remember this beach: last spring I got a very nice bench photo taken there by you!

A very nice series, Lowell (and Lois Anne). I don't think I have been in this area . . . yet.

So lovely to see the birds! Manatee area? Wow, I have never seen one except in photos and videos. They seem to be peaceful, curious creatures. :) Beautiful series!

I think I like that pelican best. (...beak can hold more than its belly can...)

A beautiful spot Lowell, what a super view the residents along the water must have.

Manatee Zone?
Heck, how about some soothing shots of the Bikini Zone?

Nice shots. Do you see any Manatees? I used to love them---not that I ever saw them. I read about them when I was about 65 yrs younger and thought I would save them all. LOL
I've been here---just disillusioned about I don't know what. I am ok though

Bill would have loved to boat the whole inter coastal. If only we were younger!

Lovely area. And I especially like the photo of the gull with the frothy water at its feet.
