Incongruity

The incongruity was palatable, finding these tables and chairs in the woods where big black bears rule near Rainbow Springs.

You'd wonder what the bears think of them.

I think I prefer the colored ones, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want to be eating with the bears! We've had some black bear sightings near my neighborhood. They seem to be interested in people's garbage cans.

Sometimes it is nice to find a chair along a trail, but chairs sitting in bear country is not a good idea. Leave the woods to the bears, and make plenty of noise when walking in the woods.

That chair on the right in the second photo looks like maybe a bear has been sitting in it.

Love the colours of those tables and chairs. Bears? Really?!

I love the coloured ones, though. I also love the green ones...but then again, green is my favourite colour. However, the coloured ones are so sunny and eye-catching! :)

Tables laid out for the Big Bear family!

Well, hey. Isn't there a saying about bears sitting in the woods? Or maybe that was something else.... ;-)

Pretties! I'm picturing a bear tea party.

The colorful garden set made me feel cheerful but of course, not bears. I’ve learned new words, “incongruity” and “palatable”.

We have also a few bears here, but not such colourful chairs.

That must be why the chairs are empty..

I love the colored ones! But bears ... brrr, no! Here we have a "real" Bear Forest in Ouwehand Zoo Rhenen. It's a semi-natural sanctuary for abused and traumatized bears. I think you'll love it :-)

Odd place to find them but, I do like the mixed up colors in the first shot.

Ok, I confess. I had to look up incongruity :).

In answer to your question - it's an iPhone 6s.
