It's a Puzzle!

One day I saw a man walking a dog on a marina dock and I wondered if he owned any of the boats tied up there. What I wondered most about was whether he and his dog owned the big boat shown in this picture.

I wondered and wondered but came to no conclusion.

It was a puzzle.

Now try rendering that shot as a two thousand piece puzzle.

Life is a puzzle and people make it a very complicated one. This man and his dog decided to take a walk and figure it all out for the benefit of mankind. :)

Hi Lowell,

It has been a while. Love the idea of a puzzle photo. Some mighty big boats there. Yesterday bicycles, today boats, tomorrow?????

Boat ownership is always a puzzle. Your photo would make a fine puzzle.

A certain clue is whether they go onto said boat. But since the dog in question appears to be a Labrador retriever I suspect they were just strollers. Labradors are known to like more traditional boats. Puzzle solved.

On one of our cross country trips we ate in a restaurant that had dozens of large puzzles framed and posted on the walls. Different but interesting. The jig is up, Lowell, what you saw on the dock is just one big puzzle; you can't solve it, but if you work hard enough you might be able to put the pieces together for a credible solution.
