You may remember a few months ago, I wrote that the Trilogy trail system would be 21 miles long when it was finished. Banners flew along the main road into the resort advertising this 21-mile trail.
Well, after living here for awhile, we became skeptical that the trail would be that long unless you counted all the sidewalks, driveways and treks to the bathroom at night.
So, we questioned the length of the trail.
Shortly thereafter the banners were gone as were all references to this ultra long trail within the community. And while the trail is still mentioned in Trilogy's advertisements, references to its length have been omitted.
In conclusion, it is still a beautiful trail and we can easily ride 5-6 miles on our bikes. I'd guess it will ultimately be between 10-15 miles when completed.
The above photo is a small portion of the trail that runs alongside a local large horse farm.

It is a beautiful trail regardless of it's length. Too bad that type of "questioning" doesn't work on politicians. Instead of fixing the error, they just lie or make something up.
Some sort of arrangement must have fallen through.
That's a nice piece of the trail. Always question what people say, they tend to exaggerate. Reminds me of someone. :)
It is still a nice trail to walk or ride and talk to horses

They can't fool you, Lowell!
It is beautiful, as is your banner photo.
I would love that trail. Gotta love a fact checker!

Yeah. Sounds like some of the political promises we've gotten. Everything's going to be great, perfect, and really, really big. When it comes down to happening it just evaporates. But as trails go this looks more like a road. But I guess in Trilogyland your trails are built to accommodate golf carts in addition to feet and bicycles?
Uma bela panorâmica.
Um abraço e bom fim-de-semana.

It's a nice road, even if it's not that long.
Heipsan,
In general, everything is wonderful and wonderful when something is planned, but when it is finished, the real one is the other. Although this path is beautiful, though not as long as promised. I think there is nice to bike and walk.
Looks good Lowell, would be a lovely trail, maybe a bit short if you're after a long bike ride but perfect for a good walk!
