If I don't visit your blogs tomorrow it may be because I can't. A hurricane by name of Matthew has decided to visit Ocala - not directly, but close enough. So, we're battening down the hatches and securing what we can and hanging on until the sun shines again on Saturday. I think we'll be fine. It's the poor folks living in the coastal areas that are going to have real problems.

Stay safe. I've always liked these trees- we had one on the property when I was growing up.
Good luck Lowell, hopefully it will less severe in your area.
Looks sorta like the Willow tree down by our pond. Nice tree---the goaties love the leaves. Hope all goes well for you guys and everyone else too.

Re: comment on my blog-----Mossy tops mean cold wet dampy weather. The woods here are full of mossy trees---all the way around not just on the North side.

I was watching the radar from the storm on TV and it looked like you were in line for a lot of rain. Hope it all goes safely for you both.
We have been following coverage on CNN all day. Looks a horrible storm. Hope you are safe and sound.
I have been thinking about you both Lowell. Hurricane Matthew has been leaving a nasty trail. Keep safe and sound indoors until all is quiet outdoors!
I hope all was ok during Matthew. It seemed to hit the coastal areas pretty hard.
