This beautiful wishing well is located on a small farm in Ocala. We often ride our bikes up the street where it is located and it finally dawned on me that this is probably the source of the phrase, "We wish you well." I don't know why anyone would wish me a well, though.
(I'll quit now, as, well, I think my sense of humor has hit the bottom!)

It's a nice one!
Pretty cute!
I wish you and everyone else in Florida well.
How lovely, Lowell! Thinking of you a lot and wishing you all the best. Stay safe, my friend.
It's a nice little structure. Did you wish for something?
I certainly wish you well!
I hope you didn't throw money into it. Such a silly and wasteful habit.
Sweet little well. Mabey if you wound up the bucket you will find your humor

Ha! You are funny Lowell. I just wish I could still ride a bike without falling down and breaking something.
Come on Lowell, your sense of humour is bottomless 😀 Laughed at you comment on my post today, I should have called it 'political tales' 😀
Well, good wishes to you! ;-))
Well....I for one am laughing out loud. Cute wishing well or well wishing, well you know what I mean.
I was going to wish you well but I see that you have access to one. Did you make a wish at the well? :)
Can't say that I'd wish you a well. Where would you put you, anyhow? Do you have a place for a well? You're downsizing. I didn't think so. But, well, like most everyone else I DO wish you well.
For some reason your blog does not want to accept my comments and I get a note that it has been returned, I don't know why.
Ugh!
First of all, my eyes were attracted to the beautiful shadow of the tree on the wall. There are always someone who likes to play with words.
